Not thorough or knowledgeable - AVOID
After reviewing preliminary bloodwork (which she didn't even request), she was very dramatic. Basically said I would die soon. Did she order additional bloodwork which would have helped to make a more dialed in diagnosis? Nope. Guessing they never discussed in her medical school about the different type of LDL and how they can change prognosis. So when I refused statins (which she was going to prescribe even though I'm planning on being pregnant - a big NO), she did not recommend any additional tests, and simply said 'change your diet - but its not going to work'. AWFUL.

I can’t recommend Dr. Falk enough! She has taken excellent care of me and my family and always goes above and beyond to help all of her patients. She saw me every day in the hospital and I know if she’s on the team I will be ok. She’s a careful listener and a straight shooter which I like! I hope she stays my doctor for a long time. Thank you Dr. Falk!

I love her she is the best doctor Ive ever had comparing to all the other doctors i've experienced with UNC. We would joke around all the time and would tell you exactly what is going on We will miss you dearly!!! #1 dr in my eyes

Dr. Falk is a wonderful and caring doctor and I would recommend her to anyone! She was my PCP before and when she left I followed her to her new practice when she became a heart doctor. She is a good listener and has taken excellent care of me and now my husband. Cant say enough about how much we appreciate how much shes helped us. Thank you Dr. Falk!

Saw her in January. Initially cleared me for surgery but then wanted to talk to my other MD. I provided her phone #s and emails. It is now 8 weeks later and she has not done anything but give excuses. Other provider contacted me since he had not heard from her. Will not see her again.
