Dr. Kristine Freyaldenhoven, MD

I was very apprehensive the first day I went to Dr Krissy but once in the office the atmosphere had a calming effect, and the staff was so helpful and friendly from the receptionist to the Dr. Dr Krissy and Nurse (Brenda) was absolutely wonderful and very informative about my condition and my options. I never once felt rushed and Dr or Brenda one answered every question I asked. After my mastectomy both Dr and Brenda did patient education specific to my post-op condition and gave me helpful information for purchasing my prosthesis. I have been to Dr Freyaldenhoven's office several times now and I have never had a long wait and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I totally adore, trust and respect Dr Krissy and her staff.

Dr. Freyaldenhoven is fantastic. She is empathic, explains things in such a way that is thorough and reassuring. Her nurse is fantastic, upbeat, warm and responsive. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Krissy and her team to anyone who wants an excellent experience at a scary time when you are facing surgery for anything-

Dr. Krissy did an excellent job on both of my breast cancer surgeries! Her attentiveness is what helped to find the cancer that we didn't even realize was there initially. She is very personable and takes her time with her patients - she even called me herself to check on me following surgery. Her office staff has always been very friendly and competent. Nothing but good things to say about my experience! Thank you, Dr. Krissy!!

Initial consult was good. But day of procedure onward it’s been pretty bad. I was told if I continue to have pain, call. I have had a lot of pain 5 days later and mobility issues. I was told to take an ibuprofen or go to the er if I want. She can’t do anything. This is Dr Freyaldenhoven saying this. Yeah, the painkillers aren’t working, so I’m sure some Advil will do the trick. It says if I have issues with diarrhea or constipation to call. She basically said, “it happens”. I’m having more than 4-5 movements a day, all diarrhea. Couldn’t care less. Got the same from her nurse. Plus, she was late day or surgery. Kinda unprofessional. And she said she had to make a much larger incision at my belly button because...reasons. Not info she gave me or my caretaker day of surgery. Would have been good to know. Overall, I wouldn’t trust her with any future procedures.

Dr. Krissy is a caring and compassionate person and is also an outstanding surgeon. I have undergone surgery twice with her, and I have had no issues and felt great afterward. When she sees me in the office, she takes her time with me and answers all of my questions. He staff is also caring and treats me like I am an important person to them. I highly recommend Dr. Krissy and never plan on going to another surgeon.

I wish more doctors had Dr. Krissy’s bedside manners. She listens, observes and extends her services. She was born to care for patients. A gentle touch and kind heart. A perfect mix!

I had my gallbladder removed and Dr Krissy and her staff exceeded my expectations at every step. I switched to Dr Krissy after seeing other reviews and comparing them with my original surgeon and I'm glad I did.

Dr. Krissy is intelligent, compassionate, and personable. She makes you feel at ease at all times. She is an excellent surgeon!
