Always a Wait
She’ an ok doctor but feel she incredibly inconsiderate of others time. My appointment was the first one of the day and had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time. She has a responsibility to be on time and consider others people time. I was missing work while she was stuck in traffic. If she needs to leave 30 minutes early to get to work on time, then she needs to start doing it.

Great Dr Great Staff
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rea’s since Dr. Rocavon left. I couldn’t be happier with the care I get from both her and her staff. For me they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I know Dr. Rea has many patients, I’m thankful she was able to except me as one of them. She always listens to me. If I want to try something she is willing to explain all things to me. If I have a flare i know who to call to take care of me. Thank you! Dr.Rea and Staff you are my Heroes ??

Does not treat you like a person
This doctor does not explain why she’s doing these testing and does not respect you as a person. She acts like a robot and is not very personable. I requested specific blood panel to get done and she completely ignored it. I mean, I am paying her for my visit. The least she could do is do one simple testing. just for my reassurance, even if it’s nothing. Go to a different rheumatologist this one doesn’t treat you like you’re a human.

Does not treat the person, has not been beneficial
Wait times are over 30 minutes (has been as long as 55 minutes in waiting room). Refuses to speak to patient on phone or have office staff relay blood test results. Instead insist another appointment be made two weeks after visit to go over. Patient pays for their lab work Dr Tay does not own it!Dr Tay wants me in her office every 3 months (6 visits when I have to schedule for lab results) when my rheumatologist that retired handle an in office visit once a year and called me with all test results.I am in more pain since I started seeing Dr Ray.Do not recommend

I have been most pleased with my interactions with both Dr. Rea and her staff. My physical examination and subsequent testing were thorough in an effort to make an accurate diagnosis. My follow up exams have been the same. She is a good listener and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed. Her staff is very pleasant and proactive. I know they have taken much time to secure prior authorizations for my medication’s with my insurance, and they have never complained. I feel very fortunate to have her located in Anderson.

Dr. Rea was my second opinion. I was seeing a rheumatologist that was dismissive and unclear, as well as passive about my disease. He offered no hope for a pain free future. Dr. Rea began Aggressive treatments immediately to direct me towards remission. She is truly caring and soft- handed and gives full attention until you are satisfied that your appointment is over. She offers hope and honesty. She has brought me out of a a very hopeless and dark disease and is helping me regain quality of life by holding up the light at the end of this tunnel.
