Dr. Shaner is so knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions thoroughly. She really made me feel confident and supported in my parenting journey. Her staff is also amazing. They are well organized and efficient. They have a good system in place for checking us in and out of appointments. Their office also uses a messaging system where we could view our visit summary. I really like that.Dr. Kristine Shaner is the best pediatrician I could have asked for and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great pediatrician.

Dr. Shaner is such a great fit for our baby. She is kind, thorough, and genuinely seems to care about our little one's health. She doesn't make you feel like you have to rush and finish so she can see the next kid. She explains what she's doing and looking for very well. She gives excellent advice for caring for this baby and answers our questions clearly. I would recommend Dr. Shaner to anyone I know with kids.
