Dr. Krystal Green, MD

I didn’t find her welcoming or caring as a doctor. I was rushed and didn’t care or listen to my concerns. I wouldn’t not come back to see her.

I did not see the doctor because I decided not to go back to this practice. Extremely unprofessional staff. My appointment was at 930am. I got there at 915am. The staff said that my appointment was at 9am, I showed her the voicemail from the office that clearly stated that the appointment was at 930am. She said that was a miscommunication and the Doctor can't see me now (after checking with her) because I was past the 15mins grace period. I'm not sure how I am responsible for a miscommunication from their end. Also, I got there at 915am, so I was there in 15 min even if say the appt. was at 9am. But they wouldn't budge because I was a minute or two over, because of the conversations with the front desk not because I got there at 917am. Terrible way to treat a patient who took time off from work and had to be fasting for the bloodwork. I don't know how the doctor is but I can't imagine a doctor that allows patients to be treated this way can be any good. I wish zero stars was an option.
