Dr. Krystal Ribeiro, MD

This was a 3 minute max visit. I just do not feel that any type of health assessment can be made in this meager amount of time. Dr. Ribeiro is a clown. Too bad the joke is on her patients. This Doctor will end up killing someone with her cavalier attitude. I wasn’t even able to explain my symptoms before being ushered out the door.

I fell and ended up at the ER on Blue Diamond. She came in and I listed what was bothering me. Did a CT on my head ignored everything else and send me home with muscle relaxers. Said I’d be sore the next day. Didn’t even look at my other injuries even after I told her I was concerned about my knee as I had torn my ACL. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to her and I have a call into my insurance company to fight to claim for the $500 deductible I had to pay for the worst car I ever recyor lack there of. Please stay away from this Dr.

She was at the blue diamond and decatur location. I showed up because I had a low grade fever and body aches and my throat was hurting. They ran a covid test along with a strep throat test. The man who did my test absolutely wonderful. She comes in I notice she’s pregnant. She tells me it’s going to be a few minutes for my results I say ok that’s fine. Comes back one foot at the door not even fully in the room and tells me my results are negative but can change my test were sent up to quest could take a couple days ,absolutely fine. Nurse comes in i tell her my results were negative but I didn’t get my results for strep and she immediately cuts me off and tells me they are negative and dr Krystal diagnosed me with medical body aches. Which I completely disagree because not once did she check my throat or tonsils which were inflamed and cloudy. Walked out with nothing no medicine no answers and i still had to pay $250 for them to tell me my body just hurts
