Dr. Krystine Levy, MD

First time mom on top of never having been to a Gyno before Levy was awesome! She listened to all of my questions and ordered additional tests when I had concerns such as my thyroid or cholestasis. Very professional and knowledgeable along with great bedside manner. My son is 2 weeks old and perfect!

A terrible and sad experience for a first time mom with this office and Dr. Krystine Levy. After receiving NIPT results back I was given the go around for hours from office staff on any questions I had in regards to the test. I was told multiple times that I would be given a call back in 15-20 minutes. When the doctor finally called me back hours and hours later at the very end of the day, I was promptly scolded by her for “tying up” her office girls with phone calls and for thinking that my insignificant concerns were more important than her being on call and the patients she had today in labor and delivery. Disclaimer- I was told to call this number with any questions I had. I also only called them twice over this matter) She was yelling at me like she was reprimanding a child- it was so wildly inappropriate and unprofessional I still cannot believe it even took place. Please- seek another hospital or at the very least another OBGYN to save yourself from this treatment.
