I have been seeing Dr. Vaid for close to 30 years. He is a consummate professional and has probably the best bedside manner you could ask for in a physician. I understand he does often run late and that is a common complaint from patients. However, the trade off is when you finally have the doctor's full attention, you are not rushed. He is thorough and makes you feel very relaxed despite what vision problems you may be experiencing. For me, there is no one I'd rather have as my to take care of me and my family than Dr. Vaid.

The worst place ever. The wait tine is about 2 to 3 hours. Tge staff are unqualified, rude and too busy to answer any qustion you have. Dr. Vaid himself is nice but his prioritu to maximize profit rather than carrying and redpectung his patients time.

Before you choose this place to visit, please think twice. I made an appointment with dr. Vaid back in January. I had Masshealth insurance at that time. So, I waited 1.5 hrs since my appointment to see the nurse. it was a regular check up and i needed new glasses. 2 hours later ( on the regular day) doctor showed up. i was prescribed wrong glasses, and they cancelled my appt after i said they made a mistake. long wait, wrong prescription, rude staff.
