Unprofessional
Dr. Kurt Robert Feighner was completely dismissive during my visit. Every time I tried to express my concerns, he would walk out of the room before I could even finish speaking.I had swallowed something sharp while eating at a restaurant and could feel it stuck in my throat, but he refused to listen. Whenever I attempted to explain my situation, he interrupted me or walked away mid-sentence. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at SSM. Normally, doctors take the time to listen before leaving the room, but he didn’t give me the chance to explain anything.I didn’t want to be there in the first place—I was sent from urgent care. The only person who truly listened to me was the nurse, who was fantastic. Dr. Feighner, on the other hand, seemed uninterested in helping people and should consider a different career path if patient care is not his priority.

Unprofessional
This doctor had zero regard for my health. He has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever experienced.
