I had a pleasant experience and didn't encountered any issues with the services provided by Dr. Shepherd or his staff. He was knowledgeable and helped with my foot issue. The staff was prompt, thorough and provided the correct course of action. I called multiple times with questions that were all addressed in a timely manner. I chose Dr. Shepherd because I wanted a honest Podiatrist and facility that follows proper procedures, not one telling me wrong info or what I want to hear as a patient.

I am scared to even leave a review for this doctor. Don't get me wrong the doctor from my personal experience was great and very friendly. The staff however I am surprised. I am not one to leave reviews and even if so ; are always for exceptional experience this is my first bad review ever. I won't be able to complete my review as its only allowing 50 more characters, but wow never have encountered such uneducated unprofessional staff

Excellent service from beginning to end. Dr. Shepherd listened to my concerns regarding my son's foot and gave great detail on what could be done to help it. I highly recommend this doctor for all of your podiatry needs.
