Dr Kobayashi is an awesome surgeon. He is very kind & compassionate. He answers all your questions, he is very thorough, & explains the what & why of the surgical procedure very precisely. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs surgery on an upper extremity.

Dr. Kobayashi and his team were amazing! I had a complex clavicle break and he crafted an unique procedure to bring the bones back together. Easy to talk with, kind and respectful with a genuine desire to get me back to full activity. A plus!
