Dr Flick is so professional and he has a great bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and has always addressed my problem and fixes it in one visit. I highly recommend him to anyone who has pain especially in the shoulder !

Dr.Flik was extremely personable, direct and efficient as well as his staff. I was seen by Dr. Flik, x-rayed and seen again in 15 minutes, that’s amazing! More importantly; I trusted his assessment.

I was able to get in to see Dr. Flik within a week. I have been a patient since 2008. Dr. Flik operated on both shoulders and I recovered quickly and without any issues. My recent visit was for my right shoulder. He reviewed my x-rays with me and answered all of my questions. As always, he was friendly, professional, and empathetic.

Dr. Flick and his team are truly exceptional! From my very first appointment, he showed patience, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. I spent over a year debating whether to go through with ACL and meniscus surgery, and he never rushed me always taking the time to answer my questions and ease my concerns. I was especially nervous about scarring, and each visit, he carefully drew out what it would look like. Every time I asked, do you think I need a plastic surgeon? He would smile and say, “No, Gail, trust me, l do just as good of a job”. And he absolutely did!When I finally decided to move forward with surgery after losing control of my knee, Dr. Flick and his entire team made the experience smooth and stress-free. The nurses, PA, and anesthesiologist were incredibly kind and patient, ensuring I was comfortable with warm blankets and explaining everything as many times as I needed. Their care did not stop after the procedure. Dr. Flick personally called to check on me

I never had Dr. Care as much as Dr. Flik. My shoulder has been a problem and he has never given up. Dr. Flik is the caring doctor.

All of the office personnel were very professional and nice. Dr Flik was very nice and explained why my knee was hurting so badly and giving out at times. He knew exactly what needed to be done to alleviate the pain. The shot of cortisone and the knee brace has helped a whole lot. I can walk without the pain and fear of my knee giving out. He's the Best!

During May 2020 I had an appointment with Dr. Flik for severe pain to my right shoulder. After trying a Cortizone shot first, which did not help much, I opted to have surgery was that was performed December 2020 by Dr. Flick consisting of orthoscopic surgery to right shoulder. He shaved arthritis off and mended tears to rotator cuff. It’s been four years now and the shoulder feels great. He mentioned I may need shoulder replacement in the future, but don’t require it at this time. In January 2025 I went to see dr. Flik, for discomfort in my left shoulder. He diagnosed it as osteoarthritis and provided my options to deal with it non-surgically. I opted for a Cortizone shot and so far, so good. Dr. Flik, has a great bedside manner and is very relatable. I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to wait five minutes in the waiting room.

I returned as a patient of Dr Flik after several years from my R shoulder replacement. He advised me and took Xrays and scheduled a CT scan on the same shoulder. I've been having severe pain and may end up with more surgery. I have complete confidence in Dr FLik in fixing the problem

Dr Flik is an excellent doctor, he listens to my concerns, performs a thorough exam and then discusses the options with me. I am always seen in a timely manner and do not feel rushed during the visit. I am very happy with his care.

Repaired my shredded left shoulder rotator cuff. He did an awesome job! 3 months later, have 90% full flexibility, little or no pain, and strength is almost there! Very happy with Dr. Flik.

This was follow up to major rotator cuff surgery that I had 6 months ago. Dr. Flik gave a good and realistic evaluation of my progress and advice on continued physical therapy and activity. He knew my case and answered my questions. He spent adequate time with despite a crowded schedule.

Dr. Flick takes the time to hear all my concerns. He takes the time to explain what is happening with my shoulder. He is thoughtful of my lifestyle and my family. Eventually I’ll need a shoulder replacement but until that time he is making me comfortable with cortisone injections.

I drive an hour and a half to see Dr Flik because he’s great. He always has a smile on his face and seems to really enjoy what he does. He listens and cares. Most orthopedic surgeons suggest physical therapy before they even have a diagnosis. Dr Flik finds the problem first. He offered for me to watch my surgery and it was fascinating. I’m seeing him now for a new issue and I know he will find a solution
