Doesn't listen
Dr Nelson will listen to you but if he thinks you are not right he does what he wants. He used to be helpful but now it's like he's just waiting to get to his next patient.

Due to policy changes of which I was not informed, this doctor has left me out to dry after being a good patient for many years. So much for doing no harm. Seek medical care somewhere else because this doctor does not care about your health or well-being in the slightest.

I've seen him six times. He never remembers me, doesn't seem to care that I've been in pain for over a month, and today him and the staff forgot about me while I waited in the back for almost an hour.
