Not prepared for my case
I was referred to Exeter Hospital for a biopsy on a thyroid nodule. He refused to perform the biopsy based on the size of the nodule not meeting the criteria for a standard biopsy, thus ignoring the order from my doctor who ordered this biopsy! The radiology made me get additional bloodwork before a hiking this procedure and Dr Urbanczyk still refused to perform the biopsy which means he did not prepare for my case that day. If he had, he would have me cancelled x before I took the day off from work to be there. What a waste of time and I’m FURIOUS!
