Dr. Kylie Smith, DO

She's supportive and respectful of people's decisions regarding their bodies. She arranged and performed my fallopian removal without any second guessing or discouragement, and was an ally the whole way through. She even spotted some endometriosis during the laparoscopy, and gave me some long-awaited answers regarding why my body can be so uncooperative. Thank you so much, Dr. Smith.

Dr. Smith was such a great doctor to work with during my pregnancy. I would have her as my OB again if I am to have another pregnancy. She was attentive, kind, and personable. She got to know my husband and family as well. Would totally recommend her a million times over!

Dr Smith was my OB last year, she is very personable and I’m surprised at these reviews. She is not only caring but understanding. She is detailed to the extent she needs to be and was a great fit for me. If I ever have another baby I would hope, she would be my delivery doctor. I understand how healthcare can be so maybe need to be understanding in that perspective when we go In. I’ve had to wait a long time a couple of times but sometimes there are emergency’s we don’t know about. It’s not like they’re back there playing hopscotch. Love her!

Always rushing, negligent and rude. Walked away while I was talking on multiple occasions and rules out your inputs suggestions.

I can't even express how much I love dr. Smith. I wish she could be my doctor for everything. she listens to what I have to say, explains things clearly, and actually cares.

I met Kylie in the delivery room! She was amazing! Follow ups in the office were also great. Not only did she remember me after meeting only one time she remembered my entire family. She has great bedside manner.

I'm seeing Dr. Smith again with my second pregnancy. She is always friendly, personable, patient and kind when answer all of the questions my husband and I have-and there are a lot of them. I love all the nurses and staff I've worked with as well. I've only had to have 1 appointment with another Dr. because Dr. Smith was out of office in 7 months.

The wait for the doctor is really long about 45 mins -50 mins for a visit. My appointment is at 3pm, I had to show up 15mins as told for check in, then the nurse sent me to a room and had me wait for another 45 mins for doctors to come in. She seems like rushing everyone time she comes in to see me. She didn't apologize for being late, saw me for 3 minutes and left.

The nursing staff is short and unfriendly. You have to arrive to your appointment 15 minutes prior, but they're always late. They forgot to call me with results (two months passed) and I had to call myself to get results for my latest procedure. The nurse didn't want to answer questions that I had regarding the results. They failed to let me know how high my out of pocket would be ($360) after my last procedure (they did this twice). I will not return to this office or recommend it to anyone.

She was definitely off putting with her bedside mannor. Would not go back.

Waited with a gown on for 45 minutes to see her, she was unapologetic and arrogant. Treated my as if I was ignorant about my own body or maybe she assumed me to be a liar. What would I gain by lying.... She already wasted 45 minutes of my time- I just needed help. Don't waste your time with this Dr.
