When I initially scheduled my appointment, it was scheduled for several months out in December. Then I got a call from the doctor's office stating they could work me in that week, which was a big surprise and I appreciated that greatly.

I felt very comfortable with the doctor and staffs, and I'm getting all information I needed. It was an stress-free experience.

Everyone was fantastic. I accidentally hit the three button instead of the four button for most definitely, so I just wanted to let you guys know that it wasn't just somewhat. It was everybody. Everybody was wonderful. Everyone was great. You guys have an awesome clinic. The people, the staff from the reception desk to the doctors are all amazing. Everybody was great. UCI has been great to us ever since my husband starting the doctors

I had great difficulty reaching the sleep lab to make an appointment. No one seemed to answer the phone and messages were not returned. When I eventually succeeded in getting an appointment I had to wait nearly three months.

Dr. Im was a very good doctor to my mom and she said that he helped convince her that she needs to do the CPAP, period. And after she did the CPAP machine, her cognitive skills, her pain, her dizziness all got better, period. Thank you, Dr. Im, for being such a patient and great and caring doctor to my mom.

I have had sleep apnea for about 12 years and this was my first visit with UCI sleep study. I changed medical plans and it was the first time I saw a doctor. And it was refreshing. And we're going to have, you know, further tests and this kind of thing. And I'm glad that I changed medical care benefits to UCI medical. Thank you.

Dr. IM might be a good doctor from pure know-how basis, but is not friendly, shows no empathy at all, and does not listen well. I felt that he treated me like patient No "average", and did not treat me like the specific patient sitting in front of him, with very specific experiences and needs. He also was not patient, and seemed in a rush. Why would I return?
