Well to say the least i, at first, thought I had found a great doctor. After today, I will never visit this doctor again. I thought they took the hypocratic oath. She took the standard hypocritical oath. I got laid off today which means I lose my insurance. I have needed my hips replaced for over a year but CoVid prevented the surgery. I called and asked for one last pain med script just so I can walk. I will admit I had just had it filled but it was also the first time in 3 months I had called to have it filled. Knowing I was losing my insurance, which means no surgery, this heartless woman said no. So, if you want another worthless uncaring doctor, she is right up your alley. Another one who did indeed take the hypocritical oath. Dr. Cass, you indeed are a huge part of the problem in this country. And I am happy to say, you will no longer be my primary and thanks for not a Damn thing. I wish you nothing

Dr Cass and her staff are very professional and caring. I find Dr Cass very willing to take the time to explain things to me. She is the epitome of a TRUE physician

I've been a patient for a few years. During this time, I've been prescribed medications that where too strong (causing negative reactions), more expensive and didn't work. Trying to get medical advice or prescription refills via mychart is horrible. Most messages aren't answered for days. Prescriptions are incorrectly sent to the pharmacy. Actually, Dr. Cass was not my choice as a doctor. When my previous PC retired, all patients were not given a choice in choosing another doctor in the office. Currently, I'm looking for another PC. I'm fed up with all the blunders/mistakes and incompetence of this office.

I am a retired nurse with a doctorate ad I have been very pleased with my care over the years. Dr. Cass listens carefully, is an excellent diagnostician and provides very sensitive care.

Dr. Cass is great. I haven't had the best experiences with her office staff, however.

After waiting an hour and a half of waiting, I never saw her. The office manager (glasses, bigger woman) might be an asset elsewhere by is downright rude in this position.
