Dr. Kyran Colbry, MD

If I could provide no stars, that would be the most accurate from my experience with Kyran Colbry at Salem Emergency Hospital. After arriving to Salem Hospital via ambulance for breathing issues which left me unable to speak beyond a quiet whisper, Mr Colbry went through the typical questions asked to patients and I said I wasnt in pain, I just cannot take even a half a breath, nor speak. My wife, sensing my tension building and increasing frustration from the very beginning, had asked twice for something to help with the agitation and anxiety and it was never addressed or ordered. Places get busy and that is understandable. What is not acceptable is the behavior in which this dr spoke to me, minimizing my issues and talking to me like I’m a child, condescending. I said that I was having trouble breathing and that it feels as if I have fluids in my lungs which is making it hard to breathe. No instructions provided for at home care, no follow up, just a dr w/ a god-complex
