My last visit
My last visit Dr Chen was going to refer me to another surgeon, said that I would hear from them in 2 to 3 days, I am still waiting. I have even called the office. I do not the pain.

Knowledgeable and thorough. Direct and honest.
Dr Chen was thorough with his explanation of my Lumbar MRI. Gave his professional thoughts on my condition and possibly seeing a surgeon if surgery is needed. I appreciated his insights .

Waste of time and monwy
I am very disappointed in my service. When making my appointment I asked many times if Dr Chen was a surgeon and could determine if I needed surgery. Turns out he is not and does injections that I have already done. Thank you for wasting 3 hours of my day and charging me 50 bucks for what I already knew.

Effective and efficient
Effective and efficient. I’ve had several appointments with Dr. Chan for pain management. All of them have been a pleasant occurrence. Diagnosis has always been accurate and treatment spot on. I’ve gone from hobbling Old man to something I felt like about 20 years ago. I can now work at physical therapy (without pain ) to get some strength and flexibility back in my legs.

Very thorough
Dr Chen was very attentive to my 90-year-old mother. He made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain in detail her procedure. My mother felt very comfortable and very happy with the results from her procedure. My mother’s sister also had a procedure by Dr Chen and she too has nothing but good things to say about Dr Chen. He is definitely a doctor we recommend and we will not hesitate to seek his services if needed again. Thank you Dr Chen. You are awesome and one very, very personable, good doctor!

Chen is One of the Best
Dr. Chen has been treating me for lower back pain related to my spinal stenosis and scoliosis. He is very careful about how he proceeds with whatever treatment he’s doing. His overall relaxed manner is comforting in the moment. Dr. Chen demonstrates genuine concern for his patients’ well being.

Dr. Chen is very personable, very easy to talk. He listened to my problem and after reviewing my mri, he explained why I was in such pain. He then provided me with a plan to ease the pain which he began right away. I will definitely be making more appointments to continue my treatment.
