walked me out of the room as if I was a child and said ' Try journaling how you feel' first of all, I already do that with my therapist, 2nd why do you feel like thats what I need to do after we just went over medications and I told her I didnt feel comfortable taking one of them so you gave me another option and I am asking you your professional expertise and you brush me off. I can tell like I am just another number on her little patient list and that she does not care. I literally paid a co-pay for nothing! She was late to the appt, and then didnt look at my files to see what I previously had going on. The front desk was even concerned about me when I walked out more than she was because i came out of there crying! Whoever they are, they are in the correct field, because I felt like they cared way more about me then she ever would. She doesnt even look at you, all she does is imaginary type on her computer or she is documenting to just go on to her next patient

Had a Psychiatrist for 10+ years that moved locations and unfortunately was passed on to this Nurse Practitioner. HORRIBLE experience and after reading other reviews, I am glad I am not the only one. Had I read these reviews in advance, I would have never gone to her in the first place. If you want to be billed all over the place for all the hoops she (NP) wants you to jump through to get a simple refill, she is the right person. However, she was not even aware their lab is not even open and expected me to take another PTO for a simple refill. NO THANK YOU (you are not the only show in town). I would imagine a rock has more personality than this.

I read the reviews posted here before my first visit and must admit I was a little apprehensive about coming to see her but as my husband pointed out, most reviews are left by unhappy or angry people and to take them with a grain of salt. I have been seeing her for at least two years now and I am doing great. I have bipolar disorder and have had some very high highs and some very low lows but with Lacey's help I am finally on a medication regiment that has been keeping me stable and happy. I feel almost normal. She has been nothing but kind and supportive . I feel at ease talking with her and have even sent a friend to see her too. She can sometimes run a little behind but I've never had to wait more than 20-30 minutes.

If I could give Pody and Grayson & Associates negative stars, I would. She's a robot of a person and literally treats you like you're just another number. She spends AT MAX 3 minutes with you and will not look you in the face. Just reads a script from her laptop screen. I have been trying for DAYS to get a refill of an antidepressant and she refuses to fill it until she sees me in 7 days. Mind you, I was there in her office just 3 weeks ago so it's not like it's been a while since I've seen her or it's a new medication. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and condescending (when I told them I'm now going through withdrawals, she responded with "Okay... and?"). Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

I saw all the 1 star reviews prior to my appointment, but tried to go in with an open mind. Lacy was the coldest and most sterile human being I’ve ever encountered. She definitely went into the wrong field. There are other jobs out there for people like her… She needs to work alone, she has no right trying to help people with their mental health. She was a shell of a person. I DO not recommend her to anyone. A robot with AI technology has more warmth and care than Lacey.

Unprofessional and her demeanor gives the impression that she doesn’t care for patients.

She made me feel like I was being attacked. She made me ashamed about my depression. She blew some things way out of proportion. I just left her office in tears. All in all made me feel just terrible.

She saw me all of 10 minutes. Had me diagnose, prescription given and a follow up appointment. IN 10 MINUTES!! Seemed unsympathetic, a body to push through and move on to the next she cut me off while speaking and kept looking up at the wall like there was a clock and I was taking up her time. I’m not there to get drugs thrown at me but for actual help. Absolutely infuriating that she is in her position and how many people she may misdiagnose or make them feel like they don’t matter.

She was very unsympathetic about my anxiety and refused to prescribe me Xanax which has worked in the past for me. She gave me an antihistamine for my anxiety (which didn’t work) and told me to see a therapist!
