While I am thankful for the compassion of the nurses and ultrasound tech, I am thoroughly disappointed with the negligence of Dr Voige. My miscarriage could have been prevented with proper labs and medication management. I was also given no pre-op instructions for D&C procedure, no follow up for medication management, and no one from the office called to check on me after my D&C. This office is overwhelmed and there is a lack of staff as there were no nurses available on a Friday. I sent a message regarding labs and no one has responded to my message in 6 days time.

Would absolutely not recommend! My mom went to her for a routine yearly pap, and it spiraled into a disaster. She did a cone-biopsy and immediately after surgery my mom started having complications and puss discharge and Dr. Kessler never saw her in office. She kept having to see a partner doctor of Dr. Kessler. Every time my moms symptoms were dismissed as "normal" and no tests/ cultures or anything were done! We never went back. My mom is still very sick, 5 months later and is now seeing a new obgyn for exploratory surgery. I will be calling an attorney!

Dr. Kessler is a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable dr. She takes care of her patients. She calls them herself, after hours, although she has a young family waiting on her at home. The office is nice and all of the staff is very helpful.

Underwhelming sums it up. Office staff set the tone immediately by letting me stand there completely unacknowledged at front desk while they had a discussion among themselves. No eye contact and not even a 'hello' or "we'll be right with you." And I don't think Dr. Kessler is very interested in new patients. I was supposed to get results of my pap, and referrals for a mammo and to a surgeon -- it's been almost 6 weeks and I've heard nothing. I won't be back and can't recommend.

I've had a pretty rocky week in my pregnancy and the whole staff has made me feel so comfortable in an absolutely scary time. I've only been there twice now but every time I call to schedule an appointment the receptionist is more than helpful. And all the nurses sure know how to put a smile on mine and my boyfriends face. We truly adore this clinic and the people that work here!

She is the best dr. I have ever had.Her office in general is beautiful and she did it all herself. I have had her for four years. She's delivered 2 of my children. They have their own seperate building for the gender ultrasounds. I think of her as a friend even though we've never seen eachother outside of her bussiness. She makes you feel like family. I love her staff they have always been kind to me and recognized me every visit even with all the other patients. I would definitely recommend her

Dr. Kessler herself is amazing and such a great doctor. However, her medical/office staff is the exact opposite. They are rude, condescending, inappropriate, and extremely unprofessional. Before I met Dr Kessler I was already in tears from speaking with her nurse. Then my surgery was postponed and the office refused to let me see another doctor. They wouldn't send my medical records to a new doctor so that I would be able to get the surgery. HORRIBLE experience and do not recommend.

Dr. Kessler and Dr. Micus are wonderful. Kessler was my doctor throughout my pregnancy but I was able to have dr.micus help throughout. Both of these ladies are just wonderful I recommend everyone to go here

It's a shame to have such an unfriendly and downright rude office staff. Multiple individuals should not be representing this establishment or being the first/last conversation upon scheduling, arriving and leaving. At least 4 incompetent customer service workers that I've had the misfortune of acquainting myself with working in customer service for a doctor in a private practice. I very much suggest seeking Baylor Scott and White's Women's Center clinic. They do their simple jobs properly.

I hardly feel accommodated and the reception staff really is even more of a joke than can be fathomed. I left my obgyn office of 6 years out of faith in Kessler's ability to be helpful and understanding to endure lack of concern and care.

It's day eight and I'm still awaiting an answer to my very specific question. I am an established patient, even had surgery two years ago. Now that the same problem is back I can't get advice on the next course of action. The receptionist sounds as if she began her job this morning, and the nurse sounds perplexed, like she's googling the answers as I speak (pause, pause). Am I on some sort of secret camera? I am, aren't I? I will revisit my GP for a referral to the Waco Ctr for Women's Health.
