Dr. Bakhtari Horrible Dr & She should be reported
I would give 0 stars if i could. I had been going to Nurse Teri (McKinney office) is wonderful, attentive, polite and an overall great bedside manner & pleasant personality.I recently had to get an early morning appt for labwork at the Plano location w/Dr. Ladan Bakhtari. I had been told to fast for the bloodwork as usual & took time off of work w/the intention of heading back after appt is done. I showed up on time, I noticed there were 50 ppl in the waiting room, a very cramped hole in the wall office. At 10:15 (30 min past my appt time) I asked the front desk, what the holdup was for my labwork since I was fasting & I had to get back to work. She said they were cleaning the room & I would be next in line. I was not lol, there were 10 ppl in front of me & clearly this office double books their appointments. I finally got called in & the Dr. Ladan walks in nonchalantly at 10:45. Mind you, still no bloodwork + fasting. 1 whole hour to see a patient is unprofessional and not courteous

Me and my family have been cared for at this clinic for 5 years. The kindness and actual concern for me and my family is such a breath of fresh air from the normal doctor experience. Your treated well from the front door to your exit. My doctor actually comes in with a smile and does not make me feel rushed and her solutions are always on the forefront of medicine. I have been to many providers in my life as I travel for a living but this has been the best find for care for myself and family.

I am a patient of Dr. Bakhtari and have seen her for ten years. She is a caring physician who listen closely to your concerns, address them promptly, and follows up when required. She’s also dedicated to her patients, ensuring that all medical requirements of any insurance plans are completed and in compliance with plan. Orders annual physical tests, promptly orders medications and communicates directly with insurance company if complications arises. She is a dedicated professional and I have referred several patients to her because I know she will treat each of them with the concern and care everyone wishes they could get from their physician.

She is not thorough; poor diagnostics; little or no follow up; many times not available for appt; she and other professional personnel have difficulty connecting, listening to patient, shows little concern for the patient; nice office.

Both of my daughters are patients of Dr. Bakhtari. Based on their experience, I am not impressed with her diagnostics. At the same time I am puzzled why every visit that they make to her office I end up with paying a large bill for the test/labs that would not be necessary. It would be interesting to find out if my daughters are being sent to the labs because they need it or because the lab is owned by Dr Bakhtari. I fully understand that some tests are necessary but not to this extend. Anyway,

I have been with her for many years. She is nice to talk to but she spent most of her time chitchat instead of taking care of her patient. Things got worse in recent years as 1) 5 out of 10 when I need to have an appointment with her, she is not available. I had to see her NP. 2) During our annual physical, she decided to order thyroid sonogram, which was done for the past 7 years. I didn't say anything nor bring it up.Then she charged a separate office visit for something she said to herself

Dr Bakhtari is just ok. I had a spot that needs investigation by a specialist and Dr. Bakhtari just hands you a printed sheet of doctors. No actual referral. Left on my own to try to figure out what to do. Also, won't do annual physical and well woman physical in same exam. She makes you come 2 separate times. Gets more money from insurance this way I suppose. The office leaves much to be desired. The office staff do not have good customer service. You get better service at Target & McDonalds!
