Care is fine, but dismissive of patient experience
I've worked with various endocrinologists. diabetes specialists, et al over my 20+ years of having T1 diabetes. I was moved to Dr. Munshi's care after my previous endo left the practice. While her technical understanding of things related to diabetes care is not incorrect, her bedside manner is terrible. She spoke at me, instead of asking questions and sincerely listening. She lectured me about things I know very well from my years of diabetes management, in a way that was very insulting and belittling. I am now looking for a new provider, since her care has been so unenjoyable.

Bad Bedside Manner
I was diagnosed with a health condition and the two times I’ve seen this woman was very condescending, no empathy, or concern and has a lecture style. I’ve never had surgery in my life and she kept negatively comparing the alternative option and it’s 80% success rate WITHOUT blood work my results to do so. If you have a strict work commitment you will be late because she is never on time.
