Dr. Bastian is patient and listens attentively to me. She is one of very few doctors I think highly of. She followed through with referrals after the appointment. She is polite and professional.

Excellent! Dr. Bastian has always taken the time with each of my visits. I never feel rushed. She takes the time to have conversation, asking questions about my health. She will answer all of my questions when I have a concern. We often talk about my meds and how we can make sure I am getting what I need.

DR. Bastian is a one you can trust. I put 4 stars on the staff, I would have put 5 stars. Just because of this one person (must been been new) was a bit on the disrespectful side (in the back where people draw blood). Other than that one time. Other then that one time, I like the place very much.

I loved Dr Bastian herself, but as for the office staff, AWFUL! They're slow & rude! Good luck getting an appointment too! They couldn't get me an appt for two months, so I found a new Dr somewhere else. Most recently, I needed a form filled out for some life insurance...four questions! Apparently, they require u to make an appt! I had an extensive physical 6 mos ago and all they needed was to fill in the blanks! OMG
