Dr. Lalaine Que, MD

Doctor is rude and unkind. She keeps you waiting far too long, then rushes through your appointment, often talking over you. She’s always had a bit of an attitude of self-importance (despite being well-compensated for her time), but since COVID, she has become insufferable. Anytime you ask questions or express concerns about your health, she appears irritated or aggravated — I would even say offended. It feels like her motivation is purely monetary, rather than providing quality care. She doesn’t seem to enjoy her job anymore and should probably consider retirement before her patients start feeling like an inconvenience. I would strongly encourage finding a doctor who is warm, open, and actually listens to you in a reassuring manner

Dr. Que listens patiently and always explains necessary treatment needed. The staff is wonderful as well which I can’t say for some offices. I wish I could give her more than a 5 rating.

This provider used to be decent (not great) but continues to deteriorate in quality of care. She is does not come from a place from concerned but is rushed and agitated. Seeking new a new physician where provider carelessness and mistakes are not an issue.
