Conservative, doesn't rush into surgery. I feel he treats you th way he would want to be treated if he had your condition. Highly recommend.

When my husband suggested getting a 2nd opinion, I declined because I decided that I had complete faith in Dr Sekhon. Seven weeks ago I had a laminectomy done by Dr Sekhon at ROC in Reno, NV.Leading up to surgery Dr Sekhon and his PAs were thorough and never rushed my visits despite my many questions.The surgery went well and although I have some residual numbness in one foot the main sciatic issues have cleared up. The after surgery care has been great with quick replies when I message and flexible treatments to clear up any pain or other issues.They expect the numbness issue to clear up as well, it just takes months rather than weeks.I would highly recommend Dr Sekhon and his team.

I had two back surgeries over the past 30 years by other doctors last disc laminectomy was in 2021. 18 months after the surgery I was still in debilitating pain even though I had been to a Pain management Dr and therapy for over 18 months. Pain management had tried 3 cortisones to L3 and-or L4 with no help, I was told 'this is just the way it is going to be'. I made an appointment with Dr Sekhon as he had good review, and I wanted another opinion. In the first appointment he was caring, sincere and professional, in first 20 minutes he listened tentatively and when I was done he said 'it's your SI joint' I had never heard that term before. He recommended MRI, x-rays and a cortisone shot to the SI joint, I did that and sure enough it changed my life. After 1 shot the pain was reduced, after two shots I got my life back as pain was really reduced. I will always have back issue however thanks to Dr Sekhon I have my life back.
