Dr. Lalitha Raguthu, MD

My daughter has been taking the same meds for sleep for 7 years. This doctor rather than ween my daughter off the med cut her off cold turkey. She requested she do a sleep study but failed to provide her any info as to where or when. I spoke to my insurance company and they stated the DOCTOR needed to send me to do the sleep study not myself. Please do not take your child here. There are many better well established practitioners who understand how to removing a medication a child has taken for her entire life should be treated. By the way my daughter has had sleep studies done already and this doctor has her medical record.

This pediatrician WILL NOT be there when you need them the most. When she treats minor colds or does the annual exams you schedule two weeks in advance, she is fine. But her practice is too busy and she will not see you when you need her for more serious concerns. We are the patients of Dr. Chintakayala Durga, but we have never seen him at this location. Perhaps he is there only with the name. We have always been treated only by Dr. Raguthu who obviously treats Dr. Durga's patients as well. When we tried to reach out to her about a suspicious pain, she was too busy to see us. Luckily we did not wait for the appointment another day and went somewhere else because we ended up admitted in the hospital with a life threatening condition. It was not a good experience though to have the person who is supposed to be our primary care physician not even be there with some advice. We will not return to this place.

Dr Lalitha Raguthu is an amazing doctor, she is very nice she cares so much and my kids love her . Her staff are amazing too , Diana is very nice and helpful, Rasha is one of the sweetest nurse my kids are very happy with her .

Dr. Raguthu is an exceptional physician. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is great with children. I highly recommend Dr. Raguthu for your children’s health needs.

Dr. Raguthu and her staff are simply amazing!!! I have a daughter who requires a lot at times, I can reach out to the office for something and they get right on. I have no problems getting referrals I need for my daughters. Not only is Dr. Raguthu and her staff great with my daughters, they care about the well being of their parents as well.

Every time I've been in to see Dr. Raguthu she as well as her staff have always been timely, kind, and efficient. And in these times they have managed to make me feel that I was in a safe and clean enviroment.

Poor knowledge

Dr. Ragutu is a very humane doctor. She is available to her patients at all times and insists on being reached anytime if the situation of the child is concerning. Genuinely listens to your concerns/questions and answers them all and provides you the best possible option. During the current covid19 situation, she didn't hesitate to check up our baby over facetime (on a sunday) and also in person as we felt face-to-face checkup would be more revealing of my child's condition. I would not hesitate even a little to recommend Dr. Ragutu to any parent for their child's care. Thank you

Doctor Raguthu is very attentive and listens to patient concerns. She is very responsive when you call in with medical questions. When the staff says that she will call you before the end of the day Doctor Raguthu WILL call you before the end of the day and talk you through your medical concerns.

Dr Raguthu has been great with my two boys! Availability, staff friendliness, and patient care are high quality. She and her staff are approachable for kids and parents. They always take time to explain procedures to my boys and I. Front office scheduling and reminder calls are on the mark!

She’s really kind, and takes time to talk and explain things to my children.Very caring!

Our kids get the best care and treatment from Doctor. She is never in hurry n listens to the patient with complete attention and care. We are happy to be in right hands .

She is an exceptional doctor. Great with kids. Doesn’t rush through. Takes her time to listen and assess. She even called back on a weekend when we had an issue with our child. I would definitely trust her expertise and judgment.

Dr. Raguthu has been all 5 of my children’s doctor for about a year now. She has been amazing! Her front desk receptionist is so sweet. And I never have to wait very long.
