I had been a patient here for 10 + years. After switching over to Dr Tran I will never return again. Two appoints in a row where I was not seen after an hour wait. Even worse, the staff laughed it off as normal.

I as well as my children have been her patients for many years. Every appointment that we’ve had at their office is at least a 2-3 hour ordeal. I often wonder why I make an appointment only to be let waiting hours. Also something has changed with the doctor. She seems off lately. We will be changing providers. I no longer trust her.

I love Dr. Tran! I have never waited less than an hour, but I think she is well worth the wait. Very caring and calm bedside manner, she really listens and makes you feel comfortable. My only complaint is the wait time, but she spends a lot of time with you and doesn't rush... so I guess that is the trade off.

We love Dr Tran! She listens, does not rush through appointments, she is very thorough and knowledgeable, and she seems to truly care about us. We were lucky to find her when we lived in Plano. We’ve lived in south Dallas for 14 years, and we are more than willing to travel up to Richardson to remain her patients.

The doctor, herself, is very good. Very thorough. Listens. The office staff absolutely sucks. They don't update their files, even after they request updated information. They mail sensitive medical information to incorrect locations. They are rude and openly combative. They do not work well with office staff from other doctors' offices. They get confused and have limited understanding about medical records and processes.
