I’ve taken my daughter to Dr. Siegel since she was 3 years old. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he has the most amazing sense of humor that makes children at ease & just love him! I’m so thankful for his expertise!!!

My child had eye surgery at 3 months old and he’s 12 years old now. I’ve been with Dr. Siegel the entire time. He’s excellent with the kids and makes Disney character voices to make the kids feel at ease. I totally trust him, however, he needs an entire new staff! Total incompetence in scheduling, billing, etc. It is a shame such a good doctor is being brought down by less than desirable office staff/ complete morons.

Dr Siegel is one of the best in the business. The wait time is unfortunate, but he's trying to give professional services to multiple cities, because only a handful of people can perform the operations he can.

had an appt time was told it would be a 4 hour wait!...50 people and 20 chairs....the office staff is a joke...and so is the way this doc runs his practice!!

Inconsiderate and unkind to make families wait 4 - 6 hours with small children. Doctor Siegel chooses to arrive to work around 11 a.m., so patients with early morning appointments have to wait for him to get to work. That pushes later appointments further back in line. I've found that Dr. Siegel rushes through his meetings with families, and doesn't really make an effort to connect with the child, even after a 4+ hour wait. I've found front desk staff to be impolite and curt.

Dr. Siegel performed surgery on our oldest child's eye when Jen was just 3 months old. Now he is almost 7 with no issues with his eye (he had a cyst wrapped around his optic nerve am deathly most likely would have gone line without surgery) and you can hardly tell there's a scar on his eyelid unless you k ow what you're looking for! Yes the wait time is absurd but if you know that's what's going to happen it's easy to plan ahead. I just took extra snacks and toys to keep our son entertained.

My Son had an appt which was a 4 hr appt I arrive at the clinic I explain to them that I did not have the actual insurance card with me but I did have a picture of it & I had ID # they can verify eligibility everything should be good to go I also tried to see if I would be able to bring my sons insurance card back later that day once my husband got home from work but they said absolutely not this is our policy so I tried to reschedule & the Mgr Jose didn't want to give me the time of day. Jerk

Unfortunately the Upland front office/Administrative staff have poor ethics with patient services. Actual Dr's and medical assistant were very helpful and professional.

Dr. Siegel himself is great. However, the staff and office policy are RIDICULOUS! I understand you are all professionals but so am I and would appreciate to be treated as such as well. My time as yours if valuable.I had a FOLLOW-up appointment and didn't have my insurance card with me. The front office and office manager refuse to see my son. They just kept saying it was a policy to make a copy of the card. I explained that the insurance hadn't changed and they weren't flexible at all.
