Everything from my initial phone request for an appointment to conclusion of my procedure and follow-up today (March 5, 2025) was flawless and excellent. I didn't have to wait for months for an appointment which was a load off my mind. They do an extensive intake interview on the phone, to get my procedure pre-approved with my insurance. Once approved, I was able to be scheduled within a week of my follow-up scheduling phone call. Everybody was professional, attentive, thorough, answered my questions quickly and accurately, and the procedure went very smoothly. There was steady communication via e-mail with reminders and info on my appointment and preparation for the colonoscopy. The building was modern, clean, efficient, welcoming and easy to find. Parking ample and close. I couldn't ask for more! Everybody was on time and all went as planned and expected. Albuquerque is LUCKY to have this facility, doctors and staff. Thank you!

Very professional and patient.

I had no issues with the providers seen during my recent colonoscopy appointment. Excepting having to wait almost a year to get in and being incorrectly told by billing staff that they didn't take my secondary insurance. (Kudos to the front desk, she knew better.) My real complaint occurred while awaiting my procedure. I found that the cackling, loud laughter and gossiping about other employees by the ladies at the procedure desk was highly unprofessional. Obviously they don't have enough work to do to keep busy between their primary duties. Those of us who haven't eaten for 2 days and may be fearing receiving a devastating life altering diagnosis expect a higher level of professionalism.

He was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. He explained everything that I needed to do from that point forward. He is also my wife’s doctor and she has nothing but good things to say about the care she received.

Dr. Taylor came to my medical exam very well prepared. He had read my medical file before my office visit and was able to address all of my questions and concerns. What a kind, caring, professional doctor who truly seemed concerned about my well being. Dr. Taylor's staff was also courteous, professional, and efficient. There was no wait time at his office. I am happy to travel over 60 miles from my residence for my next visit with Dr. Taylor and his team. They have earned my trust!

The entire experience was efficient and comfortable, All of the people I interacted with were considerate and caring while being very professional and efficient. Procedures were explained, questions answered, and I very much felt that everyone was invested in making the procedure as comfortable as possible.

He keeps a detailed eye on the reports from MD Anderson and explains the procedures and findings very well. His communication makes me as his patient comfortable and have me feel that I am well taken care of.
