Because of my past issues all through my life always having to be careful because of a soft spot on my head, and being very nervous about what could be going on now, I felt that Dr Riggs was very caring and understanding of my situation. He explained what my issue could be and that made me feel better. He has a good sense of humor which really helps ease my nervous feelings about what could be wrong. I felt he really listened and gave me some peace of mind explaining what the issue could be, and he has made referrals for me so I can get the diagnosis and help I may need, I really appreciated that

Do not recommend
Was in urgent care and instructed to follow up with ENT. The receptionist 1- was rude and 2-did not relay the correct information I was asking for to medical staff. Receptionist later called me back stating my daughter didn’t need to be seen. I asked for a call back from medical staff and was told by receptionist, “I will see if they can.” Eventually I had a missed call and VM from Dr Riggs himself stating he was returning my call and for a call back. When my husband calls back they tell him “he called on accident” and wouldn’t allow my husband to talk to medical staff (after Dr Riggs specifically called me with a VM). No call back from medical staff…was told my daughter doesn’t need to be seen and wouldn’t put on schedule. We had previously been warned about this department and should have listened and we will be taking our care to a higher level professional where we are heard and my child’s health is valued.

Dr. Riggs has helped all 3 of my kiddos & is seriously one of the best you rarley get a surgeon that's good at their job & has good bedside manner. Not only is he a great surgeon he has amazing beside manner with not only the parents but the kids also. Dr. Riggs does a great job & is highly recommended in my books!
