A lot of ego, beware of not following her advice
Recently moved to the area, on first visit decided daughter has mild scoliosis, which we knew about. She refused to look at xray from last year in the prior doctor's records to create a baseline and required a new xray asap. With no new information and no change from last year she insisted we now see a specialist. No information anywhere suggests that a young child needs to consult a specialist for mild scoliosis, or that a child should be subjected to further radiological testing. Their office called repeatedly for months to remind us we had not followed her recommendation to see the specialist. Eventually mailed us a signed CERTIFIED LETTER to tell us we hadn't followed her advice. Finally had to go into the office to tell them no, we won't being seeing the specialist, stop contacting us. Won't be going back.

assumptions and poor judgment
long story short i didn’t like the way she was asking my 3 year old daughter questions without consulting me of what was going to be asked. she put false information in her chart and was very quick to assume her nutrition. on top of that, she wanted to assume that she was going to be my newborn’s pediatrician, which is definitely not happening. i’ll be taking their pediatric care elsewhere.

Dr. Came in the room with an agenda
Dr. Azzi did not listen to what I, the parent, said, did not appear to have looked at notes from the medical assistant — she misgendered my child and was going to end the appointment without addressing an unrelated, important area of concern. She also made several assumptions about our family and lectured us even after we spoke with her. What a horrible experience. I asked Dr. Azzi not to discuss BMI with my kids and told her if she had any issues with growth I would be happy to discuss them privately. She insisted she needed to discuss “healthy eating” with my kids and proceeded to talk about food and activity — while tying it to weight — repeatedly for the rest of the visit. I will never allow my children to see her again and am considering leaving the practice we have gone to since my first child was born. I am most angry that she did not honor my request to discuss something privately that can so negatively affect children’s mental health.

I just moved here from out of state so I needed a new pediatrician for my three girls. Unfortunately I couldn’t take all three in at the same time which I think worked out better. I took my five year old first. The nurse was nice. Took her time. The doctor was super sweet and friendly and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. And she gave me pamphlets as well to read about kids nutrition and things like that. My twins are next week. Covid had put a strain on everyone and everything. Today everywhere is under staffed. In the end I think everyone just needs to have a little patience and try and understand. Thumbs up for Dr Azzi from me.

My experience at Park Pediatrics was terrible. I have twin 5-year old boys and when my wife and I arrived for the appointment, we were told only one parent could attend. We have TWO kids, with TWO separate appointments - we requested 2 rooms and one parent would represent each child. We were told that this can't happen, the appointments are combined because they are in the same family, and because of COVID. There is no explanation for combining appointments other than "because of COVID." We have TWO kids who each need a parent for their check-up. The Dr's here should be ashamed of the way this practice operates. I will NEVER back to this practice.
