He is The best
He is good so you have to wait a little longer but I have this same thing at my primary care doctors office. But the best are worth the wait. I was getting married a had a skin problem on my face went to 4 different doctors. Could not help went to Dr. Gaston and he found out what it was and gave me meds and a little Sun on my face. And my God it was gone ! And I was a beautiful bride without makeup just lipstick and eyebrows done. I was Gorgeous! Thank you Dr. Gaston you work miracles. And I’m very hard to please he was a perfectionist and I love It! If you can’t wait a little longer to see this Doctor we’ll it’s simply ! Your lost !!

Support black businesses
Dr. Gaston has a great bedside mannerisms. He listens to his patients and shows an overall concern of of their well-being. I also enjoy the convenience of parking in addition to being on a bus route. Now the downside is his office is in dire need of a facelift.

The office was very busy but patients were seen quickly and efficiently. Knowledgeable and kind staff. Dr Gaston, very friendly, heard my concerns and recommended treatment. Two days of his treatment my rash (that was persistent to previous treatment) was gone! Needless to say, I'm a happy camper.

Dr Gaston is hands down the best dermatologist for African American skin. My family and I have been there on several occasion, when other doctors could not help. I would absolutely recommend Him. On the other hand he has a horrible front desk staff and a nasty out dated waiting area. The city should really help with funds to update his office. And his staff needs to be retrained.

I would not recommend ANYONE to this doctor. Although I never got to see Dr. Gaston, my first impression of walking into the waiting area was a disgrace. The staff was very unprofessional. They don't inform you when you call to make an appointment that they " DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT, CREDIT OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CARDS. ONLY TAKE CASH AND CHECKS. The signs were written on pieces of paper all over the walls in the dirty waiting room. Although he may be a good Dr., the waiting area turns you off.

He is the Best dermatologist in the DMV area! Recently I had a skin issue and had to see a few specialist about it.. Unfortunately with no positive results and my problem persisted for over a month. My sister recommended seeing Dr. Gaston. He was able to determine what my problem was and after only a couple of days my symptoms lightened. I was amazed by Dr. Gaston's wonderful personality, incredible knowledge and passion to help others. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to everyone.

I am totally shocked this office is still opened. I went on April 6th and still fighting for them to Complete proper paperwork for my Insurance to pay for medicine. Insurance requested clinical notes within 7 days they couldn't even do that! They called & canceled the script! The office was dirty, the staff was unprofessional, the doctor was with me for 5 mins, and they never cleaned the room when they lady before me left. Never again! DO NOT GO THERE EVER

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The office is dirty and the staff is so unprofessional, no one wants to do their job. I had to keep calling just for a PA to be done and it took almost 2 weeks just for them to put one in. I would not recommend Dr. Gaston to anyone or returning myself.
