Went to Dr. Hayes twice, several years apart. Had a bad experience both times. He always acts rushed, & spends no time listening to your concerns. Both times, he took samples to be sent off & never gave me my results. After over a month, when I kept calling & asking, I was told both times “Oh, everything came back fine” Didn’t believe it either time! My final time seeing him, they called me 3 weeks after my appt. & rudely told me my credit card had been denied & I needed to come RIGHT NOW & pay. I told them that they must have made the mistake because I use that card daily with no problems. I read her the number over the phone, & that wasn't even MY card she had on file!

This dude has very bad bedside manners. Haynes interrupted my questions and wouldn't listen to my concerns. I came to him seeking his opinion with my foot problems, hoping it would help me make a decision about what to do my foot. He arrogantly told me I already made a decision before I came to see him. He's just another one of too many doctors who are overrated. He's a waste of time and a person's hard earn money.

Front desk is bad about not adding patient appointments to the schedule. Very frustrating. Some front desk people are really nice, and some are downright rude. Dr. Hayes is excellent, and I highly recommend him.
