Radio Frequency Ablation has worked very well !!
Have been seeing Dr. Zhou for 10 years. He has treated my back pain very successfully using RFA.I only need to have a treatment about every 2 years. Pain free otherwise.

I’ve been going to him for years and these reviews are harsh he’s the caring doctor I’ve ever met. He even ask about my family and so does his staff. No doctors appointments have short wait times however I rarely wait no longer than 10 minutes. Everyone is always very polite and sweet.Just remember sometimes we all have bad days. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a good caring doctor that takes his time and gets to know what you need to help with your individual situation

Refusal of treatment
First of all, the office manager is impatient, disrespectful, rude, & unprofessional. I have seen/heard her yell at clients & even slam the door. My husband was recently denied having his pain pump refilled. This led to him going into drug withdrawal & ending up in the ER/hospital for 3 nights. The appointment was canceled the very morning he was scheduled to have it refilled. According to the office, he had no insurance. No true! He had not yet received the card for his new coverage. She refused to take his word, nor mine. The ER doctor arranged for him to receive refill first thing Monday morning. He had apparently talked to Dr. Joe on that Sunday & no appointment was necessary. She pitched a fit when we arrived for the refill. My husband saw Dr. Zhou & he did receive the refill. Dr. Zhou does not like to listen to what patients have to say. He needs to know what goes on in his own office, which he doesn't. He & his office caused a terrible situation that was entirely avoidable.

They just want money
I came in for a visit for the first time and they wouldn't accept my insurance even though I spoked with someone who works there and told me they did. The wife's owner was the person who told me that, she then proceeded to give me attitude and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She over charged me for some things I didn't even get down. The people there don't care about their clients, they just care about money.

I wouldn't even give a 1. I have gone to Dr Zhou for years and he pushes lumbar injections. Of course, for the money! He messed up this time and spinal flood leaked and I was left with an horrendous headache and ringing in my ears for days, and I call at 8a on the third day of headache and laying flat, caffeine, etc and no response by 1130a. Are you kidding me? How caring is this doctor?! I finally spoke to him and he said he did not give me a spinal injection!! What?! He went on to say I needed to contact my general physician because it was nothing he had done. After screaming back and forth I just hung up. He is not a caring doctor. He's only in it for the money. Beware!

I have been trying to get my medical records released from this office for over a month now. I have been told 3 different answers as to when they will be available for pick up. I was told once I come in and sign the paper it is 24 hour turn around time then when I went to sign the paper they told me they wouldn't release my records until I paid my balance which they cant do and then I was told they only release them on Tuesday so I called the next Tuesday to check and was told it could take up to 30 days. When I call I tell them why I am calling and get put on hold and no one ever picks back up or I get sent straight to a voicemail they have Caller ID and know who is calling.

Worst doctor I've ever dealt with. He dismissed me from his practice after I told him I did not want botox injections for my migraines and neck pain. The very first appointment, he injected 6 spots in my neck with a steroid, I ended up not moving my neck for 2 days. After doing research into the botox cost with my insurance and reviewing the clinical data, I decided it was not the best option for me, especially after the reaction I had to the other injections. So he dismissed me, rudely.

Never did see the doctor waited over a hour and never did even get sign in. why make appointments if the can't see you at that time.I know they are busy but I believe they over book patients all for the money. Some of the questions below are had to answer because when you leave as mad as I was you don't have anything good to said about your experience
