Dr. Latha Arla, DO

Let me preface by saying that I travel from Arizona because I am loyal the Northwestern brand, and have been for the past 15 years. I've had INCREDIBLE providers, but unfortunately this was the worst experience. I scheduled with Dr. Arla based on her 5 star reviews, but I was met with a rushed physician who didn't even take the time to review my chart. The appointment was rushed, and during our time she stated she would request my blood work that day...I was completely shocked given that I had completed the blood work two days prior based on her request. Thankfully my fiance practiced internal medicine 3 years before his pulmonary specialty and was able to tell me that my sodium was too low and I need to add electrolytes and that based on my MPV I needed to add B12 and Folate to my diet. To make matters worse, I was charged a $300 consultation fee for asking her ONE question about weightloss. I'm really disappointed and would not recommend. 2 stars because she was somewhat friendly.

These reviews most be fake or these are her white patients. When I see her she rush in rush out. Never exam me if I ask her to do anything she never does. She do not listen or explain because she rush in check my medications on her computer next thing I know the visit is over. I'm changing Drs asap

She listens, she cares, and she is an expert diagnostician.

Dr. Arla is an amazing doctor. I am upset that she is no longer with Duly, and would really like to know where she went to.

Dr. Arla is an amazing physician. Her bedside manner and genuine concern for her patients makes her so different than most in the medical field. She's incredibly kind and willing to explore all options instead of being dismissive like previous doctors I've had. I'm so thankful that I found her!

I also cannot find Dr Arla. I’m in need of a primary still. I saw her for several years and would like to continue with her.

We were Dr Arlas patirnts for 10 years please someone find her I have the upmost confidence in her and no one else.

I have not found a more intelligent, sensitive practitioner in 30 years than Dr. Arla. I am heartbroken she has left and I cannot locate her. Please let me know if you find out where she has gone.

I had less than stellar experience with 2 other primary care doctors before switching to Dr. Arla. I really wish I would have started with her. She brings a level of knowledge and professionalism to her practice that is truly rare among local physicians.

Dr Arla is great! She is very caring & she listens to you. I am so happy to have her as my doctor. What a blessing! I recommended her to my dad and now he is also a patient.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Arla for a few years now and think the world of her. She doesn’t rush the visit and takes time to listen. She is enthusiastic and encouraging. Can’t say enough about her.

Dr Arla DO diagnosed my severe sleep apnea. MDs did not.. Give DOs a chance. They think all things through and think outside of the box. She is also a wonderful person.

Too quick to suggest taking medications. Too quick to draw conclusions relative to age. Too quick to pass over complaints.
