She is a doctor who lies to her patients. I trusted her and she lied to me about burning me during surgery and about what I was going through. Had she been honest I could’ve tended to my wounds more properly. Now I have scarring!

Dr. Clark is a great doctor. I think she's very personable and honest. I had to have surgery a few months ago because I had to have a hysterectomy and I think that considering how big the fibroids were that I needed taken out . I think she did an awesome job at removing them. I am thankful that God sent me to her. Thanks also to Dr.Clark!

Visting Dr.Clark
I am patients with full coverage health insurance. Once arrived I was last told I was late but could been seen which at the time I discovered that I wasn’t going to be seen for what I came for. Which meant I would have to wait another 2 months to be rescheduled. But I insisted on being seen because I had some other concerns, the receptionist at the desk was extremely rude and not concerned with my issues at all. Knowing that I was late I assumed I was going to have to wait longer than expected so I was extremely patient til 3 hours went by.Once meeting with Dr. Clark I felt rushed to make a decision with my birth control as well wanted to be tested for things I was concerned with. Only thing that was discussed was what birth control I was getting that day not other concerns that I was needing to be checked. She did the procedure and I was left in a lot of pain and even more complicated issues. I’m going back to health department where my physician values my concerns .

She doesn’t support VBAC births, will lie to you like she does and will switch up at the last minute! She will bully you to get a cervical check if you don’t want it and will bully you to do everything that she wants you to do until you change your mind! All skin folk ain’t kin folk! I love her, but I felt so unsupported in my pregnancy! Also, this office never answers the phone, I used to call all day long when I was pregnant and they never answered the phone! I used to wait up to 2 and 3 hours at my appointments just to be rushed by Dr. Clark! This office also revealed my babies gender on the website although I told them not to! The front office staff was the absolute WORST, I spent hours calling the office while pregnant!

I would recommend elsewhere
They never answer the phone. You’ll have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back. I feel like I have no connection with her like I don’t know her and I’ve been a patient for nearly two years. I want to talk about birth control options face to face but they just ask me over the phone what I want and I don’t know because I never had an actual conversation with the doctor about what would be best for me so I’m stuck just picking randomly which method to choose. I think I’ll be leaving soon the disconnect and horrible staff makes it hard for me to have trust in them.

Dr. Clark herself is okay. She doesn't take long to really explain anything but she's nice enough. She is occasionally forgetful & sometimes doesn't send in prescriptions that she says she will. The office staff, however, is HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone, they disable the voicemail box at like 3pm (which is nuts to me because that's basically the middle of the day). I had to change doctors because I was tired of them being rude in person & unreachable over the phone. I filled out a records release form on 9/16/21 & as of today (11/12/21) they still have not sent them, which meant that my whole first appointment with my new doctor was derailed & I had to spend the entire time giving them my medical history instead of focusing on my actual problems, because the records had not been sent. They have not returned a single one of my phone calls since I filled out that records release. If her staff was competent/caring I'd recommend her even with her small issues, but they aren't.

Have been a patient ever since she took over Dr Porter's practice years ago. I had a problem a few months ago and then found a suspicious place that I thought needed a mammogram referral. I never received a call back from her office and that was several weeks ago Very disappointed in the lack of response to a patient with a potential health problem.

I love Dr. Clark, but I will have to find a new physician. I have been bleeding heavily for over a month. It took about a week of me calling and leaving messages to speak with her nurse. Her nurse never called me back, I just lucked up and caught her. The nurse said a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy to stop the bleeding. The prescription was never sent and it took about 4 days of calling and leaving messages before it was actually sent. I also had a telehealth appt, but I didn't get a call until an hour and a half after my appt time, and i missed the call. I'm currently on day #4 of calling to try to reschedule to see if i can speak with Dr. Clark because the prescription didn't work and I'm still bleeding heavily. She's always made me feel comfortable during in-person visits, but the lack of response from her staff will force patients to go elsewhere.

This is feedback more than a review. I have had zero encounters with the office to create a review. I have tried to call 4 times in the last 3 days, but it goes straight to voicemail without ringing. There is an option to “Press ‘2’ to leave a voicemail,” but it does not work. At the end of the recording, it disconnects the call. I recommend someone look into fixing this issue for obvious reasons: the possibility for patients to get in contact with the physicians’ offices.

I have a rare condition that doesn't affect many women. It's like PMS times 100. I went to Dr. Clark who listened and gave me advice and when that option didn't work and I asked her to give me the full hysterectomy and remove my ovaries she was more than willing. I have been trying to find a Doctor for the last 4 years to do this. Dr. Clark is the only one who listened and believed in me and what I was saying. I will never be able to thank her enough.

Dr. Clark does not take the time to explain anything. She diagnosed me with Endometriosis and I know nothing about it. Every time I reach out for more information, she just gives me pain medicine. And her staffer extremely rude. I turned in FMLA paperwork almost a week ago and now I’m being penalized at my work due to them not doing the paper work. I would never recommend Dr. Clark to anyone. Not even a bug.

She is young and I’ve no doubt that she’s smart as well. I, however, will not continue with her as my OBGYN. She neglected to address my real issues. I need a hysterectomy and I’ve been in severe pain with my endometriosis since I was 14-15 yrs old. I started taking medication several months ago to help me manage my pain. Rather than address my real problems, she labeled me as an addict. What? So in the mean time, I’ll just bleed out. Thanks for the insult, Doc. I want my time and money back.
