Fabulously AWESOME!!!
Support staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. And Dr. Blakely is a gem among gems!! She has never gotten frustrated or impatient with me because I ask a lot of questions. I think she is truly exceptional, not only as a doctor, but also as a genuine, humble and compassionate person. Don't believe the negative reviews. I understand that this diagnosis is stressful and can set folks on edge But I have never seen even a hint of the kind of behavior some of these folks describe from anyone in Dr Blakely's office.

Dr Blakely treated my mother for breast cancer. She was the sweetest doctor that always took time to talk to my mom, listen to questions/concerns and always was honest with her. I appreciated everything she did for my mom and how she treated my mom. She was like a member of the family!

Personally, my first encounter with Dr. Blakely was not only informing, but enlightening. I thought that her staff members were knowledgeable and very friendly. They helped me feel relaxed considering the circumstances. When Dr. Blakely entered the room I was in, she explained everything in "lay" terms. When she described my condition, she explained every how, where, when. and why in a way that we could easily understand what was being said. I would, from my personal experience, highly recommend Dr. Blakely and her staff.

I have just submitted a letter to all of the Tri Star Health upper brass as well as the Tennessee Medical board about the horrible care that my mother in law received from a very rude, self centered, and uncaring Dr. Blakely. That is being kind. I never expected Dr. Blakely to cure my mother in laws cancer, but I did expect some good options for a comfortable rest of her life, I expected some mutual respect during visits, and I expected a Dr. that didn’t look at her watch, and visibly show signs that she was not interested in us. I felt like we were wasting her time each visit by her body language and she upset my poor dying mother in law very much. I would never subject anyone to this kind of lack of care.

Dr. Blakely does not care about her patients one single bit. It's all about the money. Making sure to cover her own behind instead of actual patient care. When I started at TN oncology I had the amazing fortune of having Dr. Raefsky. Scheduling has been a massive joke which the lab girls always choose to yell at me like it's my fault the scheduler screwed up AGAIN. There is absolutely Zero reason for a patient to be put in a position where they hear nursing staff degrading other patients. This happened 3 times in the last two years. I should not hear people talking ugly about patients while I'm in a patient room feet away from the nurses station. Once would have been bad enough but 3 times with 3 different nurses is absolutely appalling. To be told out right that will not take any measures at all to keep a patient comfortable simply because the doctor doesn't want to get in trouble for actual patient care

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 Multiple Myeloma 6 years ago. She was in a wheelchair and extreme pain when she first saw Dr. Blakely. We got an appointment to see her within 4 days of being contacted by her primary care physician. As we later learned she came in on her day off. Dr. Blakely, and her staff, has been with us every step of this ordeal. She is compassionate, understanding, and takes the time to answer all our question every time we have had them.

I've never met someone more unprofessional. When asked a question she became offended and WALKED OUT. She turned her back on my family member and blocked them from practice This seems to be her pattern. Do your research. Your family deserves a Dr., in the hardest season of your life, who will be honest and compassionate and willing to walk you through ALL your choices. THIS IS NOT YOUR DR. She will walk away when things get tough.

STAY AWAY FROM HER. She hates questions and will mot discuss, becomes VIOLENTLY ANGRY. 1st question asked she answered,"I see this is going to have a Bad outcome, I can send you somewhere else." She is manipulative, preys on her patients vulnerabilities and writes on white board to lure you into believe she is intelligent, but doesn't write, much less explain, what a patient already knows from previous Dr which she quickly asks upon meeting,"Are you afraid? Are you nervous?" If you say, "No,"

Went for my third chemo treatment Thursday and was denied treatment and blocked from all TN oncology Drs for asking questions about my treatment, infections like MRSA where her office would not see me two different times and instead had to be treated in the E.R. Cannot ask questions about treatment without getting mad. I was told to suck it up on one visit and that she didn't have time for questions on another visit. That's when I got up and left and now am banned. SHE HAS NO FEELINGS FOR OTHERS!

Worst doctor I have ever been to. She is insensitive, uninformed about what is going on with her patients. And makes jokes at the expense of her cancer patients. I would not recommend her to anyone! The staff at his office is rude but that is because you are only as great as your leader. Please do not go here. She will not treat your loved one with care!

We are looking for another Doctor in the middle of chemo treatments. As long as you go in and do what she says with no questions then you get treated well and don't sit in lobby for an hour. If you like to research what she tells you and you have question for her, she can't give a straight answer. It's a shame my husband was treated like he was during a time like this. There is not enough room on here to even begin to tell you what's happened in this office.

Dr. Blakely is an amazing Dr. She has an amazing way of helping my wife deal with what all she is going through! I highly recommend her if needed. She has been on top of things, never missing a beat on her tests. Following through with some of the best surgeons in the country. I cant thank her enough for this very taxing position she holds. She has been a part of my wife's journey battling with cancer since 2010 and will continue to be a part of her journey.
