Dr. Laura Chin-Lenn, MD

I had to wait 4 months for appt even though the insurance site said they were accepting new patients. And then 2 months of pain after the injury and not being able to get any service I needed a referral from PCP to get MRI done. Because this doctor's office did not verify benefits (in 4 months and waited to the last minute) I had to cancel the appt as they said she is not listed as my doctor even though I got already approved by insurance. I had to call my insurance numerous times. What a waste of time. I wasted over 4 months and still in pain. Luckily found a great doctor who addressed the issue right away with no problem! They should not say they are accepting new patients when they are clearly not!

HORRIBLE - NEED A DOCTOR WHO CARES and Knows how to be on time.

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrates caring for her patients and their families. Very highly recommended!!!!

She is excellent. Staff also. My mom is 96 and fell again injured her knees very badly open wounds. Dr chin lenn has been perfect as usual. Mom needs home care and agsin did it asap. Also sent her to wound place to redo bandages until home care comes. She always makes mom smile and is compassionate. Along with her staff. Mom they’re 8 years now. Have wait most of the time. But not too long. Lol. Thank you angels for all your do.

Dr. Chin-Lenn has been my primary for about 9 years. She's is a great diagnostician. Her staff; not so terrific except for Emma & Zee who gave me their direct numbers, otherwise things don't get resolved there. Staff changes constantly. In April 2021 I saw the doctor's physician assistant who seemed overwhelmed & preoccupied with another patient. She stared at her computer the entire time. She asked me the same questions over & over again. Often, Dr. Chin-Lenn is over booked so she doesn't take time to discuss my issues at MY appointment. It's annoying that my primary rushes me off to get to her next patient. I've put up with a lot as a longtime patient. It's time to look for another primary. I complained to the new office manager (yet again another NEW one!). I have yet to hear from her or from Dr. Chin-Lenn about my concerns. It's too bad that it has come to this. I'm not even sure another primary will be any better. I'm sure it's the lack of office support & system in the U.S.!

I only gave one star since this is the least. Don't even bother calling this office as they don't answer the phones nor do they call you back. The office does not seem overly crowded for this type of treatment. Even if it was no should be ignored. If she does not want you for a patient she should say so as you can then have the opportunity to look elsewhere.

The Doctor is knowledgeable but sometimes she does not pause in her summary to really listen to the issues her patient is raising. The office staff repeatedly fails to follow up on calls, it’s is really difficult to get prescriptions refilled because calls are not returned and the pharmacy has difficulty reaching a live human. Leaving a message is totally in effectual because they rarely return calls. When you call the office you are most often put into voicemail because the office staff will not answer the phone. The office staff does a poor job, so patients have to repeatedly call in order to get any level of care.

Dr. Chin-Lenn is a caring thorough Doctor. She gives me plenty of time, ask me lots of questions about my history and refers out to specialists for the best care.

I honestly don't understand any negative reviews regarding the office staff - they must have made some changes because every single person I came into contact with was fantastic from the receptionist to the woman who took my vitals to the woman who drew my blood - they couldn't have been nicer. I thought Dr. Chin-Lenn was straight and to the point and I like that. She's not gonna be your best friend but she's a doctor so I'm not expecting that. I would definitely recommend this office.

I'm very happy with my Doctor. The office is growing and there are some growing pains around space, staffing, training, etc. Many of the staff there are new, but seem friendly and capable. Will be better when we get to know each other better. I wish they were closer (Delray, like the old office) but they are still close enough to serve me well.

Dr. Chin-Lenn is great. She doesn't rush you through, is very knowledgeable, and really listens. She has a great, sensible manner. I've recommended her to many friends.

friendly , cares listens to what you have yo say, would go to another doctor unless she wasn't on my insurance plan, always try to confirm that she is before I switch. office staff always very nice.

My elderly mother moved to Florida 16 months ago and Dr Chin-lenn was recommended by a relative. Dr. Chin-Lenn has been extremely thorough and Very caring. I was so impressed, I switched Doctors. I have a lot of confidence in her.

Where do I start? Most recently, I was running out of a med. I asked CVS to contact them because they often don't answer their phone. I've pointed this out after going in person and they shrug. No apology. How can they run a medical office like that? I've had complaints about chronic sinusitis, stress, insomnia and pain, which have all been dismissed. A pattern of treatment avoidance. This, just tip of the iceberg. Maybe it's Coventry doctors. My previous one wasn't any good. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Laura is a good Doctor, however her staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude and I have changed primary care doctors because of that. Dr. Laura will wind up with no patients if she does not review the office procedures. I wrote a letter to the Office Manager in January regarding my bad experience and to this day have never received a reply or a phone call for a follow up explanation.

They are great if you have an issue that is routine, but if you get sick, they will be of no help. It seems like they have gotten way too busy. Some days, I have called ten times only to get voicemail, and when I do reach them, they are always booked for weeks.

Dr.Chin-Lenn is nice. The staff lady name Pam(?) is rude and lazy.

She has a very poorly ran office, her staff is rude and unprofessional and she is not a caring doctor. The first appointment I had to wait for over 2.5 hours in the waiting room, her staff was chatting behind the closed window and not paying any attention to patients. When I tried to schedule an urgent appointment with her after I was taken to the emergency room, I was told by her staff that she has no opening for 3 week and if I have repeated problems I should go back to the ER.

Very nice. However, that's not enough. Have been trying to call office for the past 2 days to cancel upcoming appointment, however have not gotten through to anyone. Left voicemail stating I would like to cancel, with all contact information for a call back. Even downloaded their Healow app to try and cancel there - unable to. Received voice mail this morning, as I was in the office and unable to answer the call, confirming my appointment. Extremely unsatisfactory. Looking for new doctor.
