Dr. Covert always listens to everything going on with me, takes the time to go over options, and lets me take ownership of my treatment. Although she gets me the treatment I need, she's not quick to prescribe something just for the sake of prescribing drugs instead of getting to the root matter.

Dr. Covert is always on time. She listens carefully and with patience. Her presence is always friendly: smiling and faces me even while she is making notes. I really like her; I'm glad she is my primary. By the way, she also have a great person as her first contact: Tiffany is likewise friendly, smiling and effcient.

I was a patient of Dr. Covert for three years and she’s a great primary doctor, if you don’t have actual medical problems. She was great at the start and really listened, but eventually stopped running any tests or planning to look into my health issues. I asked if we could look into running a few tests which she thought to be unnecessary but said she would write a recommendation if I really wanted to. She’s great for easy fixes but if you want a doctor that’s actually willing to help go to someone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Covert's for approximately 5 years now. I have never had a doctor who cared about my health as much as Dr. Covert. Every time I've been to her office, she has been VERY thorough in making sure all my questions were answered and that she has been made aware of all my changing health issues. I would highly recommend her.

Unprofessional attitude coupled with a serious lack of character, empathy and medical ethics. My experience was hurtful and completely unwarranted. I attempted to communicate the myriad health difficulties I suffer with and requested assistance with diagnosing & treating several serious co-morbid issues. I was her patient for less than 6 mos, during which time I was hospitalized & fighting a 30 yr autoimmune disease. I saw her in her office only twice, but found her to be unkind, unprofessional, judgmental, discriminatory & duplicitous. I ended all association after communicating to her face that I didn’t appreciate her negative comments about/to me, and ultimately I had zero trust or faith in her due to her unchecked condescension and her obvious inability to treat me with basic respect & courtesy. Following my termination of all association, she proceeded to slander me to other health professionals. She picks and chooses who to treat civilly and who isn’t deserving.

She does not believe in birth control and will not see patients regarding birth control options or prescribe birth control EVEN IF it is for a medical issue regarding a female patients menstrual cycle. Unheard of.

I can honestly say I never met a doctor who listens and care so much about a patient. I've talked and seen her so many times and feel as if I know her for many years. She makes me feel comfortable. I have called to speak to her and she calls back quickly and takes her time listening and explaining. I recommend her to anyone and know you will not be unsatisfied! I promise!! Thank u so much.

I have been switching between Dr's since I moved to St. Louis 15 years ago. I have not found one that I believed truly cared. Dr. Covert certainly fits that bill. I am happy to have found her and will definitely be sticking with her.
