ER visit was frustrating until Dr Fil cared for me
Wonderful... I felt taken care of finally. After hours in the ER waiting and waiting (albeit it was a crazy day in the ER and my injury was painful but relatively not serious), I was seen by Dr Fil. From that moment on she kept me informed and moved by examinations along. Not knowing if I'll be seen in 15 mins or 3 hours was agony. Dr Fil was compassionate and understood my frustrations and acted like a Liaison making sure I was taken care of and kept informed. After I was seen by many different doctors, she stayed my doctor for the remainder of my visit and eased my pain and anxiety.

This Dr is rude belittling uneducated uncaring and so many other things she stood by the door in my room ordered testing it was the last I saw of her I was discharged and fell in the parking lot cracking my eye open don't go to her
