5 STARS ++++
I would love to be able to give Dr. Lawson and her staff 5 hundred stars. Every time that I see her through tele-health or an in office visit I truly feel as if I am the only patient for that entire day! She is knowledgeable, professional and kind with a wonderful sense of humor. She doesn’t push things but instead takes the time to explain throughly the reasons for a treatment, medication or diagnosis. Dr. Lawson and her staff, Amanda and Lisa are quite frankly the best!

Dr. Lawson has been wonderful in caring for our young son. She is meticulous! Our son was very sick when we first saw her and Dr. Lawson called us over a weekend once to check on him and provide an update on some research she had been reviewing for his condition. No other doctor has ever done that for us! Our son has improved greatly and we highly recommend Dr. Lawson to everyone. I have friends who see her and love her also. She even makes sure that she spends 30 minutes with us at our follow up appointments (she keeps a timer to make sure we get every minute!) - other providers never spend that much time! I could go on, but needless to say we love Dr. Lawson!

So Thankful
Dr. Lawson has a deep desire to figure out the “why” to help you resolve your symptoms. It is with her help that I learned that I was not in fact allergic to all of the foods that I reacted to. But was reacting to the histamine levels in the food. Other providers only offered steroid creams to stop the itchy hives. Never once mentioning that I should assess my diet. With her help we found my root cause and I am able to manage my histamine load. I am super thankful to have a Dr who looks for the “why” and doesn’t just treat the symptoms.

Very disappointed with this dr as she turned out to be very unprofessional, immature and wouldn’t allow me back to the office when I had concerns and questions about billing coding after my balance was over 91 dollars. I also discovered a pre-filled out billing summary BEFORE my appointment with symptoms that I didn’t discuss or have. It was stated that it was as a result of getting her patients mixed up, which is even more concerning. If you know this dr, then you know she is very methodical and structured so that theory is really hard to believe. I let her know that I FELT there was billing corruption and she immediately stated that I ACCUSED her of corruption and stated that she would give me my half the money back that I spent to join her practice, which was several hundred dollars. I let her know that I absolutely did not accuse her but she shut down and lacked the maturity to work through the situation. That was my validation that she couldn’t care less about her patients.
