I had an extended tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks in October 2024. From the very first consult to every post op appointment, my experience has been an amazing one! Dr. McNaughton and her entire staff are always courteous, kind, and always patient when answering questions! I have an additional procedure I’d like done, and Dr. McNaughton listened to the outcome I wanted, and explained all options available! I love that she will be honest and realistic with the possible outcomes, making decisions so much easier!

My whole experience with Dr McNaughton and her staff has been superb. Dr McNaughton is a superbly skilled physician and a wonderful human being. I came from a far distance for the procedures and the staff made accommodations for this distance issue.

Dr McNaughton is amazing! Very personable... gives realistic expectations, and is very forward about if she thinks she is the best surgeon to give you what you want. She is easy to talk to, and makes herself readily available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. EXCEPTIONAL results!!! She really is amazing! Worth every penny! Will recommend her to any family or friends looking for a plastic surgeon! Her nurse is also very informative and kind... staff are all very professional!

The BEST patient care. After my tummy tuck (muscle repair and lipo) she gave me the option of giving my 3 day follow up exam IN MY HOME because of mobility limitations and my comfort!!! Unbelievable professionalism, detailed explanations, and does not “sell” you on something you don’t need. The office staff knows me before pulling my chart and are super friendly & knowledgeable. I belong to a few social media surgery groups and am horrified with the posts I read about other surgeons patient care and information (or lack there of) versus what I received with Dr.McNaughton. I am so thankful we have her level of talent and skill in little Sioux City, Iowa. I’m 12 weeks post op, zero complications, my scar is healing smooth and low. My results are far better than I imagined and am currently planning some filler procedures in the future. This is who you want. I’m a 40yo mom of 4, (1 c-section) and for the first time in 18 years I feel like myself again! Thank you!

Dr. McNaughton was an amazing resource for me! I went to her for a second opinion from a botched surgery with a different surgeon. She took a great amount of time talking with me and explaining various options. She even called me on my cell phone a couple of times to discuss my possible care. Ultimately, she referred me to another surgeon outside of Sioux City for follow-up care. While this 3rd surgeon has a very busy schedule, Dr. McNaughton was able to get me in with her immediately.

Dr. McNaughton performed labiaplasty on me and I am more than thrilled with my results and my experience. I was very hesitant to contact the clinic to even ask about the surgery and very nervous for my first appt as this is a very personal matter. I am so glad I did because my experience with Dr. McNaughton and staff both, pre, during, and post surgery was more then I could have asked for. I absolutely love my results! Very professional! When you find out you have skin cancer on your forehead, it only makes sense to go to the plastic surgeon. On October 27, 2017 our 14-year old daughter was bitten on the lip and nose by a golden doodle dog. Dr. McNaughton came to the ER to complete the surgery. She was very professional and wanted the best outcome for our daughter. Dr. McNaughton spoke with my husband and I privately and gave us the possible outcomes. She made sure we understood. We were very confident she would deliver the best results possible. She spoke to our daughter and made sure she was comfortable through the procedure.
