The best, most thorough and personable general practitioner I have had. I just wish I knew why we can no longer book appointments. I am not a fan of UW medicine (their call center has no idea the status of their doctors and cannot direct you to someone who does) but have stayed with them because of Dr Montour. If she is gone indefinitely I will look for someone outside of UW Medicine.

Dr Montour accepted me as a new patient (as my new PCP) and gave me an intake appointment in 2 months. Then 2 days before the appointment I got a call that she would not take me as a patient because her practice was full. I already had her assigned as my new PCP with my insurance and even had a new card with her name on it as PCP. I couldn’t believe I had to start the process all over again after wasting all that time thinking I had a doctor. Why did she say she had taken me on as a new patient? This was a very mean trick and has caused me so much work.
