Cold, calloused, rude, cruel bedside manner, completely uninformed. Accused my mother of "faking" when she presented with severe dystonia from a well-documented reaction to an FDS black-boxed medication. Isolated her in a separate room without contact with nurses, when she could not walk without assistance. Lied on medical reports. Never conducted physical exam. My mother's condition was diagnosed by a real doctor after she was released by the hospital (without treatment) and she was put on a basic rehydration and magnesium regimen that would have cancelled out the reaction if given by Spence. If you are DYING, you are better off staying home than seeing Spence. She is qualified to so much as put a band-aid on an elbow, if you're even lucky enough for her to believe that you're bleeding.
