Was very impressed by her professionalism ,very great physical, and spent a lot of time with me reviewing my history and going over treatment options. Kind and compassionate. As a former ICU RN I was very impressed by her

I've been going to Dr Zaacks for maybe 15 years to treat my Sjogren's Syndrome. She's always been attentive and asks a lot of questions to better understand and treat my many symptoms. She's knowledgeable and kind and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a rheumatologist.

Absolutely horrible doctor. I went to her for my bodily pain, back issues and inflammation. When I asked for a blood test she said "well usually if there is inflammation it just gives us more questions that answers" (don't you need questions before you find the answers?) When my scans came back showing DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE, she didn't offer PT, she didn't offer any treatment, she told me to manage my anxiety and depression for PHYSICAL DEGENERATIVE ISSUES. She is utterly incompetent, turns out I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome that she told me was all my anxiety, Maybe if you have basic issues she's good but lord, she had an MRI showing my physical damage and she still claimed it was all in my head. Medical gaslighting at its finest, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

During this 1st appointment, Dr Zaacks was very profession and took a lot of time to listen to me and to get my medical history. She did a thorough examination and I was left with an understanding of my treatment plan and her recommendations on medications. I have a lot of confidence in her and would give her my highest recommendations.
