Dr. Lauren Mitchell, DO

Dr. Mitchell recently ordered a scan for me which was done at the hospital. Results were in almost immediately and she personally called me the same day it was done to explain the results and make recommendations on how to proceed with my care despite it not being an emergency situation.Everyone in her office has always been kind and helpful to me and I have never observed anything less with anyone when visiting her office.

Dr Mitchell is the most compassionate and loving doctor out there! You won’t find better! She treats every patient as if they are her only patient. She’s very thorough.

If your staff is rude and cussing out your patients’ elderly family members, you FIRE them! There is no excuse to continue employing a nurse who thinks she is a doctor and knows everything. How would you feel if your elderly mother called to verify an appointment and your receptionist told her she didn’t have time and called her stupid and then the nurse gets on the phone and cusses her out? You fire them! You fire them! You fire them! Quit being an idiot and take care of business before they cause anymore irreversible damage to your business! YOU FIRE THEM! They are making you look stupid.

The entire staff makes you feel at home, Dr. Mitchell, Kristen and Jackie are always professional, kind and will go above and beyond for their patients. I never have to worry about appointment or billing issues, I am able to get in when it is convenient for me and they are super quick to respond via phone or on integris and me. I constantly brag about these people to everyone!

I have been a patient of hers since the beginning. She has always treated me with respect. She listened to my issues and my feelings. She has always been understanding and amazing. I love her staff as well.

Doctor Mitchell is GREAT!

My syblings died of Cancer, I seen Dr. Walker but wasnt impressed. So I called and ask if this doctor was taking new patients that I'd seen another doctor and wanted a women doctor. I was told yes my appointment was set and I saw this doctor, my husband ask her are you going to be her primary doctor now and she said No !! I am excepting new patients but not for 6 weeks and this is just a follow up for Dr. Walker since hes sick. So I was lied to from the git go and when I told my husband come on lets leave I will have to find a primary doctor she started laughing I have a calsified thyroid and a spot behind my breast I believe I have a valid reason to be worried and not be laughed at !!
