I was excited to see Dr Puretz but the whole process has been very disappointing. Not only did she seem confused and unable to help, her nursing team dropped the ball on following up on referrals from the Dr. In my portal, there are several references to following up, yet they never did. I gave so many options to reach me by following up by phone and my email, but in the end, they said just find someone through "your insurance".

As a first time mom, I highly recommend Dr. Lauren Puretz! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Puretz as my doctor and I will definitely be using her to deliver my future babies. She made my experience as enjoyable as possible even though I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum. My appointments were always quick and on schedule which I am very thankful for since I am a teacher and it is often hard to take time off from work. I truly believe that Dr. Puretz can handle any situation that is thrown at her. She is knowledgeable, caring and, I trust her completely with my care. I have recommended her and will continue to recommend her to all of the women that I know!

Dr. Puretz did my hysterectomy in 2017 and fixed all the attendant problems that went along with a prolapsed uterus. She did a fantastic job. Good communication, excellent medical knowledge and skills. I would go to her again in the future, and I would recommend her without reservation to any of my friends or family. An excellent doctor.

We had our first child with Dr. Puretz as our OB. She was awesome. She was there from the beginning to the end. We had complications at the end and she was there at 6AM to help us determine the plan and she also completed the c-section surgery that morning. We have a healthy baby and we are impressed by Dr. Puretz's professional care.
