He talks so I can understand the medical stuff. He took the time to explain everything to my wife and sons. He found my cancer early so I have been ok for 2 1/2 years now. He has been my DR for over 17 years. I recommend him to everyone.

Through, answers questions completely, and explains at a level matching my medical understanding. (Did not talk down and over simplify.) Have seen Dr. Donahue on and off for 23 years, with consistently good care.

Have had 2 kidney stones removed by Dr. Donahue. He makes the process of having a surgery so much less stressful. I have referred a family member to him for bladder cancer treatment. He is a brilliant doctor.

When I was first diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer I had actually set up 2 appointments to get two different opinions. One appointment with Dr. Donahue was enough. He spent 2.5 hours going over EVERYTHING- he drew pictures, showed my biopsy results and gave me all the paperwork to take if I went for the second opinion. He did not feel threatened by a second opinion, etc. Very professional, articulate and spoke so this non-medical mind could understand. BTW-- My operation was a great success!

I met with Dr Donahue and was extremely comfortable the minute I met him. He took all my concerns professionally not making me feel awful for asking so many and took time with every question I had to explain what actions they would seek and even drew pictures when I didn't fully understand. I was treated with respect and even when I was admitted for surgery Dr Donahue took my fears away as I was so nervous. Hes welcoming and I am glad I am a patient. I highly recommend Dr Donahue!!!!
