My family has seen Dr lum over 22 years he was a good Dr I made a mistake and tried to save money and went to a different Dr after being told they would fill all my meds they would not feel any I have a pace maker and other health problems Dr lum will not see me now after 22 plus years and no Dr will write my meds not for my cpod my back nothing how can Dr just not care for poor people it's a 80 miles round-trip for me to Dr lum

I've been coming to QHC since I was a child...for over 30 years...but not anymore!!! I'm tired of being treated so rude by certain office staff. I've spoken to the office manager but nothing gets done and I'm treated even worse the next time!!! A patient shouldn't be so upset to go to see their doctor. A patient is lucky to get 3 minutes with the doctor. QHC use to be better than this but it is certainly going down hill now. If I needed any help there was only 1 person there I could talk to for help. The rest of the staff could careless if they help you or not. QHC...thanks for the years of service but you make it clear with your actions I'm no longer welcome. Goodbye and good luck!!!

The staff and Dr Lum are great. I have been going to Dr Lum for over 20 years. Dr Lum an the staff go out of their way to make sure I am taking care of and I understand everything about my care.

None shamming doctor he actually tries to help unlike other doctors that blame you for a medical problem. He does his best and his super quick you don't just wait for hours like other places

Doctor is unavailable, poor customer service -- staff treats practicing nurse as one of the girls. Wife has high blood sugar-- staff told her to come back for next quarter for blood test and to go on a diet . After 3 of my requests finally they prescribed metformin which eased her problem. Doctor spends no time with patients.
